This was my first fashion vlog. Click here for more.
Ok.

Christmas lunch was pretty chilled. I didn't dress up this time. Mostly because I didn't find the outfit of my dreams (Givenchy printed top and pants). BUT I enjoyed the family time in my tank top and denim shorts.
Turns the page.
Today is Boxing Day, and to be honest, I don't know the significance of this day. I just thought South Africans wanted an excuse to go to the beach. In in this weather though? HAH! I spent this day awkwardly watching movies, on my awkwardly warm bed, in my awkwardly baked room, due to the awkward atmosphere that had no air - what-so-ever.Enough about me, how was your Christmas? x
Ok.

Panel cap | 2Bop.  Top | Thrifted.

Since the heat drained the life out of me, I put the movies aside, spotted this video on the Hakesy The Fat Cat blog and maaaaaaaan. Too nice.
Ok.

Hey there handsome! I really wanted to show you my new "rings".
I am not an accessory (jewelry) person because I can't deal with the fact that I'll be paying so much money for such a small item - no!
So I decided to take up the bolt challenge.
I didn't go to a hardware store but I did raid my home to find bolts - and I did - EEEK.
My nails are not looking so tops but that's not the point! I'm sorry for posting this late, but I really wanted to share this. My new incense makes my room smell like a laundromat - so I'm pretty hype and AWAKE.
hehe.
Ok.
Hey there handsome, let's get to it. I made this DIY just for you. And with time it really does turn out great. So save your money and make your own personalized, kiff beanie - WINNING.
BUT, I'm not telling you to cut up every item of clothing that you don't wear anymore - be reasonable please and do a good deed while you're at it. I hope this vlog is understandable. I was actually amused by my choice of words when I finished making the vlog, giggles . If you like it, let me know. If you end up making your own beanie, please do send me a picture of your beanie!
Take a look at the snapshots below, of the beanie, from the DIY video.
Ok.

Taking these pictures felt like torture. The heat in my room is ridiculous. The make-up was literally melting off. So I thought I should make this post short and sweet.
Enjoy! x

After I had received the invite for the fashion launch, I was extremely ecstatic and super proud of the sisters of MilQ & Honey! My first trip to the beautiful MilQ & Honey House of Fashion, Health and Beauty was in January. Their clothing line was still an idea at the time. I got my mehndi there and man, was I looking fly with my mehndi, giggles. I blogged about it, so if you haven't seen the post yet, check it out here. I enjoyed the event so much and the launch was a success. All the items were impeccably made and the intricate detailing reflected the sisters in every aspect. It was a warm event packed with lovely faces and famous ones too. Naso was my date (once again) and we were stunned. Check the out the pics below of the launch and after the launch.
P.s - vlog coming soon x
